I want to introduce you to my friend Dawn Camp.
She hosts Camera Phone Friday on her blog, My Home Sweet Home.
I met Dawn in-real-life at Relevant 11 (which is now Allume; are you going this year?)
She is an accomplished photographer and is a contributor at (in)courage.
So for the first time ever, I am linking up to her Camera Phone Friday and will see if I can keep up with it.
I was so happy to receive and iPhone with its 8mpx camera, however for some reason I forget to use it!! I am trying to be more aware and use it more. Hopefully this newest endeavor will help me with that.

1. A tree in the parking lot of the local grocery store, so pretty against the brilliant blue of the sky
2. Bald Eagle in a tree on the roadside near our home
3. early foliage on the maple tree in our front yard
4. same foliage against the morning sun
5. a weed, I am sure, in our front yard, but my youngest and I love them, all sunny and bright
6. grape hyacynths, I miss these when we were in the Philippines…come to think of it… I missed Spring altogether!!
7. freshly picked flowers from my youngest
8. an African Violet bloom on the plant my oldest gave me for Mothers Day 2 years ago
9. Carnation, from the bouquet the love of my life gave me for my birthday
