I love to see these quiet reminders;
wonderful grace,
unending hope,
authentic peace,
unfathomable love,
and
simple joy,
every time I use my new Grace Tray from DaySpring.
It’s good for serving dessert from…
It helps me bring my scented candles along when I want to spend quiet time outside.
I think this is my favorite way to enjoy my new Grace Tray,
while I enjoy coffee and mango cake,
and my Grandmother’s china.
I am surprised at how lightweight this 14″ x 14″ hand-carved wooden serving tray is. You can enjoy a Grace Tray too! Hop over to (in)courage where they are on sale during the month of April! Normally $48, they are on sale 50% off! Go get one!
I am a DaySpring Affiliate. Any purchase you make through the above link benefits me at no cost to you. These are my own genuine opinions. I received the tray for free and YAY! I GET TO KEEP IT TOO!!

Linked up with Ann today. Consider keeping a gratitude list of your own…
I have been enjoying linking up to Saturday Morning Confessions at Melissa’s A Familiar Path.
1. I hope to keep linking up every Saturday with Melissa. I am enjoying it. A lot.
2. I will probably forget to do it sometimes. Like today… I forgot it was Saturday… ’cause we homeschool and we are having classes today.
3. My 6 year old is in the same boat as Melissa’s. But I’m sure they will figure it out before they go sailing off to college.
4. The floor in my kids rooms is visible for the first time in weeks.
5. The makers of Lego are not my friends, see #4 above.
6. My $8 rug arrived … now I have to find my floor.
7. My kids are eating sugar coated, unnaturally colored cereal while I sit here and type.
8. Flowers at Longwood Gardens can talk. They are currently calling my name.
See ya next week for Saturday Morning Confessions. Join in and speak your mind and don’t forget to link up at Melissa’s!
I don’t think I have ever linked up to Darcy’s Sweet Shot Tuesday, at My 3 Boybarians, in the past. I thought I would jump this week. (To turn off the music; scroll to the bottom and click the pause button.)
Yesterday, I finally went somewhere people have been telling me to visit for over a year. My parents came and joined us for a family adventure. I am so glad we went and am kicking myself for not having gone sooner.
We discovered the beauty of Longwood Gardens. There is so much to see, you can’t view it all in just an afternoon. I am so looking forward to going back again and again. Each time we go we will see something different. It is constantly changing not to mention the seemingly endless variety of foliage and flowers.
I was not disappointed in my search for beautiful blooms to photograph, to build my photography portfolio and hopefully to use in future watercolor painting adventures. There stands in my house a piece of watercolor paper stretched to its limits and blank as can be. I’m determined to face my fear and put some color on it, hopefully in the form of brightly colored blossoms.
My offering for Sweet Shot Tuesday:
*edit* Apparently this is my third Sweet Shot Tuesday. My first is here, and my second is here.
